Return Policy

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped or processed.
If your cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and unworn
Be in their original condition
Include original packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to customer preference (such as size, fit, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or item damaged on arrival), we will cover the return shipping costs.

There are no restocking fees for approved returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Additional Notes

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Sale items may be subject to different return conditions, which will be clearly stated at checkout.
